Smooth pour with moderate carbonation action producing a thick, creamy half inch tall foam head with a good retention medium high density and a and a tan color. Fairly high effervescent effect mostly clear with a fairly bright Amber copper color shine pretty bright glow. No settling or visible sediment. Fairly hoppy bitter roasted malty bittersweet aroma with a good amount of caramel and toffee aroma. Some grainy cereal pale malty slightly noticeable metallic tinge. No alcohol smell. Somewhat earthy undertone with a subtle biscuity sweet cookie like secondary. Fairly bitter overall with average strength. Medium light bodied with an average viscosity and a below average weight. Pretty dry finish and a good amount of lingering at a dull close. Slight alcohol bite but with a cool crisp close. Fairly smooth overall and fairly easy to drink in general. Average amount of carbonation. Fairly well balanced overall with a good amount of caramel like sweet roasted malt and a somewhat strong biscuity sweet cookie secondary. Opposite of a mostly prominent dull bitter hoppy primary with some grape fruity flavor. No alcohol notes, very subtle metallic tinge. 3.02
